How do I pay for the sessions?

You can pay for the sessions using all major Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking and E- Wallets through our website only. Cash payment option is not available.

How long is a session? What is the cost per session?

The length and cost per session is different for different specialists. For more information, refer to “Meet the Experts” section of the website.

What if the video/audio/chat gets disconnected during a session?

If the video/audio/chat gets disconnected from your end, you can reconnect immediately and resume the session from where it had stopped for the remaining time. 

However, if you are not able to reconnect please drop a mail to support@innerhealing.in immediately and we will try to reschedule the session for the remaining time as per the availability of the doctor.

However, if the video/audio/chat gets disconnected from the specialist’s end, the specialist will reconnect immediately and resume the session from where it had stopped accounting for the lost time as well. If the specialist is not able to reconnect, we will reach out to you and reschedule the session for the remaining time as per your convenience and the availability of the doctor.

Can I change my counselor / specialist?

Every specialist has his / her own approach and counseling session works well with the rapport built. Still, if you feel the need to continue with a different specialist, you may do so by just booking an appointment with a different specialist on the website.

Gift of Happiness Terms & Conditions

• The Gift Card can be used only once and cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned
• The Gift Card can only be redeemed online on www.innerhealing.in
• Only 1 Gift Card can be redeemed while booking a session
• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards through partial payment
• If the session amount exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by online payment methods available
• If the Gift Card amount exceeds the session amount, the balance Gift Card amount will be forfeited
• The Gift Card has lifelong validity 
• The Gift Card cannot be resold
• InnerHealing reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if the same has been found to be purchased through fraudulent means
